一個絕對氣頂的經歷...

今日放工去新三共看看有無Pentax FA50/1.4 (幫朋友買的)
有貨之餘價錢亦合理, 所以爽手購買.
順手問下有沒有P廣角鏡 (我正缺一支super wide)
伙計說還剩一顆FA20/2.8, 於是拿來看一下.
身邊剛有手電筒, 便拿出來照一下檢查鏡片.
誰料此時坐埋邊的老細喝到: “唔好照! 要check出外面check!”
心唸已經六點幾, 外面又點夠光check...
老細續說:“你唔買就算, 總之唔好左照右照!”
我話我唔檢查清楚點放心買 (大家知道今時今日D QC幾差, 更何況係水貨)
點知老細續說: “你唔駛照! 我而家唔賣俾你!”

無野下麻, 幫襯仲要受你氣??
我已忍無可忍, 便道: 咪唔x買law, 好x巴x閉呀, 都唔x係做生意既”
“係唔x做你生意呀, 吹呀!”
“都未見過好似你錦咁x衰格既人...”
“我係咁衰格架啦! 係唔x賣俾你呀!”
“你巴x閉, 我實唱衰你...”
“你咪唱law, 驚x你呀!”

我而家就上網唱衰你…
不過又點呀... 我都唔覺得唱兩唱就無生意關門大吉, 相反可能依然生意興隆…
但係我唔講出黎就點都吞唔落呢啖氣...
今時今日呢種服務態度真係不知所謂!
照下唔通D鏡片會溶? check清楚都係想保障自己姐, 又唔係無心買...

總之氣頂...

Howevr, we may learn to accept that our viewpoints are rare to be the same. Of course i do not know the exact siuation, and in fact no one do. I just express what I feel towards the issue, according to your expression. If it is not what you want to hear, please just ignore it, and no need to argue. Thanks for your sharing, anyway.

If 年青人, the shop is much worse, Boss/shop is also not "大x晒" Second, customer service issue , I think no relation with "大陸化" or 香港人均水平 > no need to put any "political" view Third , run business should accept to repsect customer right, although u cannot accept the deal. Polite manner is basic requirement, even customer may not be right. The shop keeper should be professional and know more, respect other even ignorance, The last point is customer has the right to check, no matter the shop accept or not accept replacement within 7 days. It"s universal sense. Just like u can check CCD deadpixel, Car, housing, if only accept checking after payment, why need to check ? Personal deal still allow checking, how does it can prohibit for normal business activity Sure a shop can refuse any checking but at least open notice to public and let customer to consider. Otherwise, I don"t think any difference with those named "black shop" Of course, someone has another view /disagreement, reasonable, even the shop can run on the manner they prefer, But always say negative to those person disagreed with, just like the shop keeper to customer, It" moral standard
