你已經唔係第一個講喱D事的人,唔鍾意的大可以以後都唔去,人地大把大陸客唔至在你果少少,雖然華仔係電視都有話"今時今日咁的服務態度係唔得的",不過大家勞氣都冇用,因為都反映唔到比佢老細知,倒轉件事黎睇,如果唔係佢地咁好服務,旁邊幾間仲邊有得做喎
BTW,去雙成係要簡人黎問的,仲有佢地好似名店的sales一樣狗眼看人低,最好咩都唔好講,第一時間搵個名牌袋放臺面,佢一定冇咁寸(我同D朋友試過幾次,真係態度好D的)

我亦 prefer 康哥。不過話時話，香港的購物立化不同，客人同 sales 單對單，你就無謂加把口，可以話係對 sales 的不尊重。而建議買 B 不買 A，是你當日第二個錯誤。請不要誤會，我並不喜歡雙成的態度，但導致該對夫婦空手且不歡而回，你亦負上部份責任，在旁扇風點火，可以話係好心做壞事。若果由他們自由發展，他們可能已經買了黑色 T3，開開心心。 |

如果我去買相機我諗我都唔想有人係我側邊俾意見，唔聽佢講又好似唔尊重人，聽佢講又好似自己冇主見咁。因為顏色呢樣野係好主觀，價錢相差幾多唔係太重要。再者，買得T3的話都應該自己事前做下功課上下網了解一下部機先啦，有乜理由乜都唔知就咁走入去話要部T3跟住問人點用?除非佢係幫人買又或者其他原因啦(心血來潮?)。
仲有，如果個客有心玩野摸完部機之後拍拍蘿柚走左去或者一個唔覺意整花部機，個sales咪要食蕉???有興趣唔代表買硬架喎，你都係要望下隻顏色之嘛佢都開個盒俾你睇啦。個客唔買你係咪同佢買左佢先？如果唔係，我勸你都係唔好再做呢d野啦，雖則成成d作風係麻麻地，而我亦唔係要幫成成講說話。不過個sales又可能係後生左d先至忍唔住道氣囉(照字面理解)，如果係個客親自開口話要求試部display，個sales都冇理由唔俾佢試啦。冇得試俾我都唔買啦。 |

That means they want to increase the total sales turnover, to do more business other than camera.
Do they provide same "service standard" at the MP3, mobile phone counters ? I have not tried it yet.

I haven"t started to speak to the couples until the sales didn"t
perform his duty. I would like to elaborate more.
At that time when the husband is looking through the viewfinder:

After nearly 30s, PK came back with a new package of silver version. Then he open the package and give it to the husband to have a look. But the husband didn"t know how to switch on, so he requested the PK to switch on the camera.
Then the PK said, "Do you want to buy it? If yes, then I insert the battery and teach you how to use it."
The husband replied, "But I have to know how to use it first. If I find it is difficult to use, I may not buy it."
The PK said, "Do you really wanna buy? If you really wanna pay for it, then I could insert the battery and teach you how to use it."
At this moment. I could not slient. I said, "I know that you are afraid that you would scratch the camera, but I think that you can teach them how to use it by using the display black model."
But the PK still insisted on his position, and he was scolded by the couples.
So I disagree with what you said "可以話係對 sales 的不尊重". I think that the PK didn"t respect customers!
