I own both G35 and T3.

For resolution:

G35 offers the best resolution at f/8, while T3 at f/5.6.
If they are compared at the same aperture:
at f/2.8, nearly the same;
at f/4.0, G35 wins;
at f/5.6, nearly the same;
at f/8.0, G35 wins;
at f/11, G35 wins;
at f/16, G35 wins.

For colour reproduction:
T3 is more saturated, a little bit cooler in colour.
G35 is a little bit warmer in colour.

For flare:
Two cameras performance are nearly the same.

For light falloff:
G35:
You could see visible light falloff at the corners at f/2.0, and it becomes better when the aperture is set at f/2.8.  There is almost no such problem when the aperture is set at f/4.
T3:
The same problem exists till f/8.  

For distortion control:
G35 is better.

For convenience:
T3 is better.

Although in terms of image quality, T3 is not as good as G35, I still always take my T3 with me when I have to work from mon to sat.  The only reason is that it is handy and I could take whatever I want when I see a good shot.

On sundays, if I don"t mind the weight and relatively bulky problem of G2+G35, I would take it with me.

Since I like take landscape photos and I usually go hiking in weekends, my combination is G21 + T3 + Minilux + EOS3+100Macro.

Yes, you are correct.  I used photoshop to enlarge/reduce the image size so as to maintain the same content in the same crop for easy comparison.

I agree that 40mm should be sharper than 35mm, which in turn should be sharper than 28mm since the longer the focal length, the more detail it should show.

So, if it is compared at different focal length, it is unfair for TC-1.

However, if you know that TC-1 is 28mm, and if you see the comparison again, you would find that TC-1 is really amazing in showing the details.  Although I could not say that TC-1 is better than Minilux in terms of resolution, I could notice its amazing resoluting power regarding its 28mm lens.

我前兩週剛入手T3，也興沖沖地裝了一卷原本想扔掉的大陸製爛片Kodak Gold200，帶出去亂拍一陣。剛好前一陣子台北天氣都陰雨連綿，我跑到台灣總督府和中正廟去拍選舉大拜拜，拍出來的結果我只能說「驚豔」，因為實在是太正點了！
這兩天天氣好又裝了一支Reala隨手拍了拍女友，效果更是一級棒!果然如前輩所言，照片洗出來之後就會忘記T3的昂貴了。

回應一下樓上的同好，T3的測光我自己的感覺是偏over一點點，但是也許也正因如此陰天的表現才會如此優秀。我自己拍了兩捲負片和一卷正片，曝光都很準。
如果您怎麼拍都覺得曝光有問題，或許該送回原廠檢查檢查比較保險..。
