如果腳踏車後面那個東西是叫"貨架", 你用那個載人, 大概在正常一點的國家, 應該都會被叫下來, 會不會罰款那是警察的裁量權.
我曾經騎在草地上被罰十塊美金.

這個法條要是通過~~
我看熱門騎單車的景點，可能條子會比遊客多了，因為業績一定是最棒的!
而這些景點可能又會沒落了~~~集集車站那我常去騎~~而且我都是和太太一起騎雙人座的!

Cyclists must obey all the road rules, just like motorists. This means obeying stop signs and traffic lights, riding on the left side of the road and giving way to pedestrians on crossings. Cyclists have the same rights and responsibilities as any other road user.
Remember that cyclists are not as protected as motorists so always be alert and watchful for the actions of others.

Helmets
When riding, you must wear an approved bicycle helmet that is properly adjusted and secured. It’s the best protection from injury your head can have.
All bicycles must be fitted with:
- at least one effective brake. However, two brakes are safer than one; 最少一個煞車
- an effective warning device, such as a bell or a horn, in working order and within easy reach; 音響警報裝置
- a red rear reflector that is clearly visible for 50 metres; and 紅色後反光板

Carrying passengers
It is against the law to carry more passengers than the bicycle is designed for, except in an approved child’s seat or on a tandem.

不知道澳洲的人幾點下班下課..要不要去接小孩...都開車??
還是.........??
不隻到台灣的汽機車..不讓行人之外..會不會禮讓腳踏車...
台灣除了台北..還有哪個市區能規劃自行車道....

他速說澳洲來的客人簡稱"澳客"，他們的單車騎士該有的裝備及該遵守的規定…之類的，而他們也嚴禁單車雙載^^
哦，他還說雙人車除外，有小孩專用座椅的也除外(我曾看過有老外騎單車後面拉一小座椅上坐小孩下有小輪子，大概是指那種)，呵^^

At the times described in the following, a bicycle or its rider must be equipped with lighting equipment that meets the described requirements:
A. The lighting equipment must be used during limited visibility conditions.
B. The lighting equipment must show a white light visible from a distance of at least 500 feet to the front of the bicycle.
C. The lighting equipment must have a red reflector or lighting device or material of such size or characteristics and so mounted as to be visible from all distances up to 600 feet to the rear when directly in front of lawful lower beams of headlights on a motor vehicle.
Violation of this provision is a Class D traffic infraction carrying a $75.00 fine.

加燈..這個在沒立法之前..台灣車友已經實施了..
而且..很多人也跟著作..早已蔚為風潮...
現在到處都路燈...沒車燈的自行車反而看不太清楚...反光板已經不夠看了!
澳洲不是強制戴安全帽???
至於車速..載小孩..這個就有的討論了...
載小孩.....汽車安全座椅都不太抓了...大概警察有小孩的人漸漸多了...知道這種花費...
後面有拖車的小孩座椅..要不要加考腳踏車拖車執照?!?!
日本情形跟我們比較類似...日本有抓嗎?
為何國內立法...老是參考人口不密集...汽機車數量沒台灣密集的國家??

這就是台灣施政叫人詬病的地方!
老是學外國~~卻只學一半!
往往沒有顧及國情+環境的不同....
忽略了很多配套!!
礙於情+理..法就很難實施與貫徹...
