ALL DONE. Much easier than I thought.
Try ModChip on PlayStation 2 or mod Panasonic Q .. Then you will know what I meant by easy.... Real easy...
Let make Easy for everyone.

Note: If you have 2 3.5 to 2.5 IDE Adapter you can do direct copy to new hard Drive with Ghost.
It work great and recognize all hard disk space.
I have Panasonic DVD & Hard Drive recoder so I was worry.
Because I upgrade hard Drive from 80 to 250 but it only read 80.
But on Epson it recognize new size no problem.
On Epson I use Toshiba 2.5" 100gb 4200 rpm ($ 175)
I had choice between 80gb with 5400 rpm ($160)
and also 60gb with 7200 rpm ($135).
But I decide go bigger. Because I already have 4 of 4gb compact flash card.
and It fills up very quickly. 100 gb will give me some peace.
I use Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II & Canon EOS 20D.
Also I have extra 2 battery for this unit but it goes out so fast.
So I made battery pack. (All part from Radio Shack)
Now I can use this unit with Rechargeble AA Battery and It goes forever.
It help me a lot when I shooting outside.
This unit use 3.7v 2300 mAh Li-Ion battery but notice AC adapter is @ 5V.
So I bought Same Size Head from Radio Shack and also 4 AA Battery Holder.
I made case for 4 AA Battery of NIMH 2000 mAh 1.2V. It is about 4.8V @ 2000mAh x 4 I guess.. Also You can use normal AA battery @ 6V
Both way it work! Make sure leave battery inside so that it can regulate the Voltage.
I decide to call this external charger -_-;;
However I was out for shooting last two day with it and it was Great!!!
I took about 70gb without worry and also some Music while I was Drive.
As I am writing this I am copying picture to Computer. Since I don't worry about battery anymore I use all the function of this wonderful unit.
Before I try to save battery so I never use any other function but Now I finally relize that it have wonderful LCD to view things and delete etc.....
-_-;;
All my worry is gone and HAPPY ^_________^
