I guest he just want a 501.7(D)or501.4(D),and he only uses bulit-in flash.
Don't worry,Minolta will give you 501.7(D)/501.4(D). |

To all,
It is easy to understand why I want 50mm f1.4/1.7 D.
1. I want shoot without flash indoor but I also can use ADI in case I need as I own Dynax 7.
2. D lenes provid Auto-Clutch Mechanism allows the widening of the fucus ring which let you hold the lenes more convenient.
3. Everyone know Minolta have to launch D lenes in each range for ADI. Why do we buy the out-of-date non-D product in this moment?
If Minolta just plan to launch D lenes in selected range, please tell me. |

D的主要目的就是計算出最佳的閃燈與光圈快門組合，你不想要用閃燈，那除了心理因素以外，D對你有什麼好處？第二點更是神奇...
這好像是有人要求Canon在所有鏡頭上頭加IS一樣...「我都是用腳架的，但是Canon不出 50mm IS 我就不買」....$!#$!!!

第二點並非能適用在所有的鏡頭上，28~80(D)的對焦環沒做到這樣，75~300(D)的也只是一般寬度而已。 |

首先多謝Walt Yu 提點。
另外，我希望所購的器材方便以後其他用途，明知Minolta會推出50mm D，當然要買新東西吧！難道明明85mm f1.4 D已推出市場，我們會否因「噢！我不打算用ADI的！」還是買舊一代的85mm f1.4 嗎？若然如此，願聞其詳。
這是為D而D嗎？君不見Nikon推出D鏡後，火速全線轉D，只剩下50mm f1.8遲遲未改，惹得 N 迷責罵（幸好現在已改了。） |

照您這麼說，不知道Minolta是不是也要等到其他都改完了才會改50mm^^!，請教一下Nikon改款花了多久？照Minolta改款的速度，兩三年內就改完好像不太可能（但是如果光學設計不做更動的話應該會快一點），我想這也是為什麼現在很多人都敢買二手原廠鏡頭的原因（因為光學設計從一代鏡到現在大多相同），假如您不是用Dyanx7，除會用到閃光燈以外的焦段都可以買二手無D版。雖然大家都知道原廠要改D，但是看看大華從162.8到600f4都有人買，所以為何「現在」非要有D的呢？ |

You are confused by "D".
It is not a new thing, it is just a new way to calculate exposure value and flash data with the help of distant (D) data. Optically non-D is THE SAME as D. I may say non-D is even better mechanically because it will be less to assemble during production line.
It is just another way to promote their products. It's practical importance is minimal. |

我十分推崇Minolta這品牌，覺得她的科技出色、光學不俗兼售價合理，ADI更是直追Nikon閃燈技術，但全線D鏡更新頗慢，覺得十分可惜。
然而，我錯了！
Minolta真可憐，推出 D 鏡，原來不為大家接受，大家寧願買上一代技術，也難怪Minolta推新東西時，總是誠惶誠恐，遲遲不敢更新，原因就是擔心得不到廣泛支持，Minolta明顯掌握大家心態，知道努力也是枉然，故凡事淺嘗輒止算了，哈！Minolta即是Minolta，果然大有道理。 |

這點倒是真的,我來自台北,在港工作6年多,以前唸書時玩X-700,於DYNAX-9出來時也在旺角/永成敗了一台回來.
