沖了第一筒試機slide, 買xpan 時, 心也有想我自己會否喜歡和常拍double frame. 但在朋友的力推下都是買了 (不易的決定, 我要賣清手頭上的才有錢買)
現在很清楚了, xpan 真好

One of the reason for I am still using 135 is that I do not have a 120 scanner. I just have the 4000ED.
Could 4870 scan xpan 65x24 format? If yes, I think I would probably buy xpan as well as the 4870 scanner. Thanks |

4870 selling at around $3500 in most computer center!
Surely, 4870 can scan xpan photos.
It is good to buy it but keep 4000 ED, I think when see bigger samples, you can find out film scanner is still better than flatbed scanner!

我剛上網查詢了一下
Epson 4870好像也可以掃120的正負片 !?
不知掃起來的品質如何呢?? 大大有無圖例可以參考?
小弟近來非常苦惱於120正片數位化的問題
自己架燈箱用微距鏡鏡翻拍
一來很麻煩 (不好使兩個平面保持平行)
二來細節損失蠻多的 (顏色雖可用PS條回來)
加上120底掃機很貴 (例如Nikon 8000ED等)
且小弟在英國這邊送店家掃描或是送滾筒
單價均很高 在量少的情況下不划算
想說如果4870掃起來品質還可以的話
(應該會比翻拍效果好且方便許多吧)
小弟就考慮入手一台.....
還望爹域兄或其他大大分享經驗

personally thinking...if use the digital file of 120 photos for big print output...4870 may not be good...but mainly for web purpose...4870 is enough and more already! |

我有兩位朋友買 4870 ，掃的效果不錯，我自己使用 2450 ，都可以掃 XPAN 跟 120，最大可以掃 4x5。
但是兩位朋友的 4870 都是去日本買的，在找人寄回或是帶回，千萬不要在台灣買，除非你要的是保固，否則台灣比日本貴快一萬台幣。我 2450 當年也比日本貴非常多。 |

8000ED is for 135 film.
9000ED is for 120 film.
