The Nikon 5T and 6T are excellent closeup lenses, and come in 62mm for $46 each at a decent camera store. Use a step up ring.
Canon 500D is as good as the Nikons, and come in 72mm ($115) and 77mm ($140). You can get step-up rings from 67mm to 72mm, or 67mm to 77mm. The 77mm Canon 500D is excellent on a number of lenses, including the older 80-200mm f2.8 and the new 70-200mm f2.8 AF-S VR, as well as the Sigma 70-210 HSM f2.8. If you can afford it, get it and the appropriate adapters. It's the last closeup lens you'll ever have to get.
Oly MCON-35 has its following. It's 62mm, so you use the step-down.
Pentax S82, T132, T226 actually are made in 67m. I haven't heard much about them, either good or bad. They're $110, so for $5 more, personally, I'd get the Canon in 72mm, and use it with a step-up on your lens, direclty on lte lenses that take a 72mm (like my old Tokina 28-70mm f2.8) or with a 77mm-72mm step-down on a larger lens.
