I just forgot eating dinner

I do not blame you here,
this line is unclear and contains some problems.
if you are trying to use verb+ing in this case.
I just forgot eating "what" dinner. this, that, the, my? you need an article.
Using in the past tense, this is a confused example.
There's no problem on grammar, but a problem on usage.
There were 2 things happened on that line,
you had dinner first and then forgot that after.
Whenever you want to bring up 2 past actions in one sentence,
you have to say the thing happened earlier in past perfect tense and the thing happened later in past tense unless you use "before", "after" or "already", so for.
After watching your photo, I forgot that I had eaten my(the) dinner.
看完你的照片我忘記我曾吃過晚餐.
While watching your photo, I forgot that I had eaten the dinner.
看到你的照片,我忘記我曾吃過晚餐.
"watch" should've been used in verbal noun. I also copied your mistake.

剛剛帶小朋友去游泳，9:30左右有雲遮住時可以直接張目對日，結果竟然忘記帶記憶卡~~只好回家頂樓手持太陽鏡片拍照~~
