授粉昆蟲—大頭金蠅
芒果是蟲媒花果樹，需要昆蟲授粉才能正常結果，因芒果花本身無蜜源，所以蜜蜂無法授粉，而以蒼蠅授粉為主，蒼蠅中又以麗蠅(俗稱金蠅或大頭金蠅)為最好。
