小弟於四月二日於B&H落了Order，訂了兩件貨物，亦即時Email了我的信用咭正/背面到B&H。
於四月五日收去B&H的Email，說該兩件貨已經寄出(分開兩件寄)，使用USPS-Airmail parcel post，需時十至十四天。
小弟已經於四月十三日收到郵局通知有郵包，並於十四日領取了，但另一件貨品現在(第十五天)還未收到。

想請教各位：
1) 通常買多過一件貨物，是否都是分開寄的？
2) 通常又是不是同一時間收到？
3) 會不會遲過十四天？
3) 我昨天已打了去香港郵政的派遞局，說沒有這件貨物；而我也send了Email到B&H，想確定貨物是否已經寄出，但仍然未有回覆。在這「下落不明」的情況下，我應該如何做？

wlachan 網路會員	1) 2005/04/20 04:05 1) 要視乎情况，若果由不同 source 寄出便會，B&H 有多個貨倉。 2) 多於一個包裹便不一定。 3) 一個月亦有可能。 4) 給 B&H 一點時間回覆，亦可 email Henry (henryp@bhphotovideo.com)。

wlachan 網路會員	5) 2005/04/20 19:12 主要是香港攝影器材比較平，加上距離遠﹔香港郵費其實也不平宜。若果是北美、或歐洲國家攝影器材十分昂貴，幾十美圓郵費也可接受。
gigakpt 網路會員	6) 2005/04/20 21:25 小弟公司亦會收由美國寄來的Parcel，的確有機會一個月先收到，最好問清楚tracking no.，再上香港郵政(http://www.hongkongpost.com)同美國郵政(http://www.usps.com/)網頁或打hotline double check下，有時會因清關問題delay！

老叟網路會員	9) 2005/04/21 09:51 一般分普通,express,無tracking可尋!!所有郵包巳購保險,過40日未到,可索償!曾有航空郵包歷經四十五日,始寄達!! UPS:備專用website提供,tracking相當方便,一目了然!!

gareth12468 網路會員	13) 2005/04/21 23:51 gigakpt, USPS Airmail did not have tracking. I've use this last time I bought a lens and sent it to Canada. Global Priority, Express nad Express Guaranteed have tracking.

JamesPong 網路會員	16) 2005/04/22 01:13 我而家會試下問B&H取Tracking No.，但未必可以取得到，因為在B&H的Tracking Inquiries中有一句「Tracking information for orders shipped via USPS is not available for all destinations.」

I won a bid in eBay on 20 Feb & the seller shipped to me via USPS (non registered)the next day. Do you know when I received it? Apr 8. Before receiving the parcel, I asked my friend working in the Central POst Office to help me track it; however, she said that only REGISTERED USPS parcels did have tracking number. Although the seller sent me the receipt issued from the USA post office on which it showed some numbers, my friend couldn't track it. Upon receiving the parcel, I found that there was no tracking number marked on it.
JamesPong 網路會員	18) 2005/04/22 01:24 Thanks andy to share your experience. I was send an email to B&H asked did both 2 boxes are shipped on the same day? I just get the reply: They were shipped a day a part... That means I need to wait...
