I am not surprised at all. Many offical service centres (not just in HK) would not assemble broken cameras or lenses back to their original condition because they believed those gears were done anyway. This practice is, of course, bad news to customers, but makes sense from their point of view. My solution? I tried to fix it myself. It might be a good idea to find out which parts are missing and try to purchase them yourself. |

Hey,Ahpou, did you try to complain directly to the HQ of Rolli ? You may threathen to expose this to many websites of photography worldwide. I don"t think they would dare to ignore you anyway. |
