Of course 160 is better if you are not insisting to use 400 |

And if you are using those so called "portrait prime" lens, which has 2.0 or larger aperture, 160 is quite enough...... |

Actually, I am using 135mm lens w max aperture 2.8
so, it should be better if i use ISO 400 film when the weather is not sunny.
Moreover, models don"t like to take picture on sunny day
