Vincent★帝國天使論壇版主	13) 2002/07/24 03:48 "what's the different between 3-way and ball when in use?" 同廠、同負重級數的三向雲台和球台比較起來﹣﹣﹣ 1 三向雲台往往比球台高，若腳架本身不夠高還算可以增加點高度 2 三向雲台會更重，球台相對來說更輕便 3 三向雲台﹦大蜘蛛，收合起來佔空間仍比球台大，尤其是配合腳架袋使用時發覺該問題 4 球台調校起來快很多... 至於保養問題... 請參考 http://www.photosharp.com.tw/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=24764

sazabi 新進會員	16) 2002/07/26 17:22 About one month ago, I bought Gitzo 1228 (~$2550) with Gitzo G1276M (~$850) in TST (照相館), I am not sure if it is the cheapest, but they are cheaper than Tin Cheung and Man Shing. If you really like to travel a lot, I think a carbon tripod is really worth to buy... Buy a good but expensive tripod at the first time, actually you can save money, since you don't need to change or upgrade and that waste your money. Ball-head is convenient to use. I think G1276M is more than enough for your camera set. If you really want precise setting, a 3-way head is necessary. But mind you that it's more bulky and you may not like to take it around travelling. Hope that the above can help you some way.

mark k 新進會員	20) 2002/07/28 12:04 Popular Photography has just complete and extensive test for all light weight tripods. Guess what, of all the contenders only six out of them are chosen as the better. Well Gitzo 1228 is a well known one except for the price. All other five are from Velboune or Slik. Since I have already invested in Manfrotto, it will be better for you guys to find out.
